The accommodation had a central location easy to find taxi. The staff were very good and courteous at all times. The breakfast was amazing with perfect juice and from salty to sweet, as for instance and the restaurant food was decent.

I strongly recommend to stay in this property.

The units are beautifully decorated, huge with space for changing clothes. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

Particularly good and decent location for our visit to Skver Shakhmatistov relatively close to the hotel. Appetising and great meals.

the location was decent and perfect, relatively near aimen. you could walk to a mall and a small shopping mall. the room was reasonably priced and luxury with free wireless internet and a writing table. the breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was local.

The furniture in the room seemed outdated and of lower quality, impacting the overall aesthetic. The internet connection was unreliable, with frequent drops in signal that hindered productivity.

A door to the balcony was broken and and cold air was coming thru the gap to my bedroom.

The room at King Hotel Astana was absolutely cozy and inviting. I loved the comfortable queen-size bed and the complimentary toiletries. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the seating area a bit cramped. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

Very spacios room.

The staff is very helpful and responsive. Wifi was ok, although somewhat slow. I would say it is a solid 3 star hotel, slightly above or at level of Tulip Hotels in Germany and slightly below Holiday Inn.

Breakfast food is challenging - stick with the porridge)) The rooms resemble a very good soviet era hotel. Tv programming is poor. The location is on the right side - where the old part of Astana is, and that turns out not to be the more exciting one. But with right expectation level, the hotel is good.

Convenient location. Friendly staff, spotless place. Good-sized rooms with ample storage and spacious bathrooms. Nice amenities provided. Breakfast and dinner options are varied and delicious. Great value for the price.
